3 BEAN'S STRETCHING ROUTINE FOR THRU-HIKING



3 Bean hiked the Pacific Crest Trail in 2019 with his wife, Foxtail and they learned a thing or two about staying limber while trekking 20+ miles per day (3 Bean is also a yoga instructor!). Stretching is a great way to warm up, cool down, and prevent injury - read: very beneficial for thru-hikers.
